Read this once. It explains what we sell, what we don't, and what the legal landscape actually looks like in 2026.
What we are
Rep-sneakers.net is an independent information resource that connects buyers with verified rep manufacturers in China. We are not affiliated with Nike, Inc., Adidas AG, ASICS Corporation, Salomon S.A.S., HOKA (Deckers Outdoor), On AG, PUMA SE, New Balance Athletics, UGG (Deckers Outdoor), Birkenstock GmbH, Onitsuka Tiger, Converse, or any other retail footwear brand. All product names, model designations and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here strictly for identification — to tell you which retail original a given replica references.
The replica disclaimer
Legality, customs, and the gray area
Replica goods sit in a legal gray area in most Western jurisdictions for personal use. Specifically:
- Importing for personal use — usually treated lightly. Single-pair shipments to residential addresses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and most EU countries rarely face seizure. When seizure happens, it's typically the package being held, sometimes destroyed, occasionally returned with a customs notice. Criminal prosecution of a buyer of a single pair is essentially unheard of in our 217-order history.
- Importing for resale — significantly more risk. Selling reps as authentic is fraud and triggers different legal exposure. We do not assist with this and we don't sell to known resellers.
- Bulk shipments — also higher risk. Customs flags large quantities. We ship single-pair and dual-pair orders by default; larger orders get split.
Laws vary by country, by year, and even by which customs officer opens the box. You are responsible for understanding the legal status in your own jurisdiction. If you're not comfortable with the risk, don't order. We accept no liability for customs seizures, duties imposed, or any legal action that follows from your decision to order.
What we don't sell
To stay on the safer end of the gray area, we do not sell:
- Pairs with retail brand logos that have been reproduced to deceive in resale (we don't sell to resellers either)
- Fake hangtags, fake serial numbers, fake retail receipts, or fake authentication cards
- Bulk orders intended for downstream commercial sale
- Anything to anyone we suspect is buying for fraud, money laundering, or to deceive third parties
Orders, payments, refunds
You order via WhatsApp. We confirm stock and quote within 30 minutes during business hours. You receive QC photos before payment. You approve photos, then pay (Wise / WU / USDT / bank transfer). We ship within 24 hours. Tracking provided.
If QC photos look wrong, you reject. We remake or refund — your choice. If the package doesn't arrive within 30 days of dispatch, we issue a refund or reship. If customs seizes the package, we share evidence with you and resend a replacement at 50% cost. Sizing mistakes after delivery are not refundable, but we'll take pairs back at 50% credit toward your next order.
Disputes
We resolve disputes one-to-one on WhatsApp. We're a small team and most issues are settled in a single conversation. If you're unhappy with a resolution, escalate via WhatsApp to the team lead. We've issued partial refunds in roughly 3% of orders and full refunds in fewer than 1% — usually shipping mishaps, not QC failures.
Site availability and changes
We may change product availability, prices, factories we work with, or these terms at any time. Material changes (new payment options, withdrawal of brand offerings, changes to refund policy) get a 30-day banner on the homepage. We're not obligated to keep any specific model in stock.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by your local law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for incidental damages (lost time, missed events, fashion regrets, customs duties).
