How quickly do you reply on WhatsApp?
Within 30 minutes between 9am and 11pm Beijing time (UTC+8). For US East Coast that's roughly 9pm-11am the next day; for UK that's 1am-3pm. Outside those hours, you'll get a reply within 8 hours maximum.
Do you have a phone number or email I can use instead?
WhatsApp is the only direct channel. We tried email for the first six months — replies got buried, photos didn't render reliably, and time-zone mismatches turned every conversation into a 3-day ping-pong. WhatsApp lets us send QC photos in real time, voice-note explain a sizing detail, and resolve a shipping question in five minutes. Phone calls have the same time-zone problem.
Can I just browse the site before contacting?
Of course. Click any product card on the homepage to open the Yupoo album with raw factory photos. Read the brand guides and style cluster pages first to see what's actually on offer. WhatsApp is for when you've already picked something specific or have a question that needs a person.
What languages does the team speak?
English fluently (primary). Mandarin fluently — if you prefer Chinese, just write in Chinese. German fluently. Spanish, French, Italian via translation tools — slightly slower but it works fine. We've handled customers in 14 languages over the past year.
