How this works (the full version)

The rep sneaker market is a relationship business. Sellers and factories don't run automated checkout pages because the trust signal that matters is the QC photo — the buyer needs to see the actual pair photographed before money moves, and the seller needs to know the buyer is a real person who isn't going to chargeback after delivery. WhatsApp is where this conversation happens, has been since around 2018.

What happens after you tap "Send to WhatsApp"

The order builder writes a structured message with your model, size and destination, opens WhatsApp on your device, and pre-fills the chat with our team. Within 30 minutes during business hours (9am-11pm Beijing time), you'll get a reply confirming stock and quoting the current price. We may flag known sizing quirks for your specific model — for instance, Yeezy 350 V2 runs about half a size small on most feet, and Salomon XT-6 fits narrow. You'll also get an estimate on shipping cost and timing.

QC photos before payment

Once stock is confirmed and you've decided to proceed, we coordinate with the factory for QC photos. These show the actual pair you'll receive — not stock photography, not a different size. Standard QC includes top, side, sole, label and box. If there's a specific angle you want (heel stitching, midsole stack, lace tip), just ask. Re-shoots are free. You only pay after you've approved the photos.

Payment options

Wise transfer (recommended for most Western buyers — fastest, cheapest), Western Union, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), or direct bank wire. We don't accept credit cards because the processors don't reliably support replica goods, and we don't accept PayPal because of the chargeback exposure on both sides. Most first-time buyers use Wise; setup takes about 15 minutes if you don't already have an account.

After payment

The pair ships within 24 hours via DHL (default), FedEx (option, slightly faster on US routes), or standard postal (slowest, cheapest, only worth it for orders under $40). Tracking link is sent to your WhatsApp chat. Most Western markets see delivery in 5-9 business days. Customs typically clears single-pair packages without intervention. If anything happens (delay, lost package, customs hold), the same WhatsApp chat is where we resolve it.

Why no checkout page?

Three reasons. One: payment processors don't reliably support replica goods, so any "checkout" we built would route to a sketchy gateway that fails 30% of transactions. Two: the QC photo step requires a real-time conversation, not a button click — you need to see the photos and decide, sometimes after a back-and-forth on additional shots. Three: when something goes wrong (sizing miscalculation, customs hold, factory restock delay), a shared chat history is far more useful than an opaque order ID. Every issue we've resolved in the past two years has been faster on WhatsApp than it would have been on a ticketing system.
